John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (October 10, 2022) - Two days of racing will close out the Enid Speedway racing season this weekend (October 14-15) with the Winter Nationals and Factory Stock Nationals.
The Factory Stock Nationals will run as part of the Winter Nationals with added money for all classes.
All classes will draw for heat race starting positions on Friday and will earn passing points to determine qualifying A-Feature lineup positions. The finish of the qualifying features will determine starting positions for Saturday’s features.
Car count will determine how many lock in to the Saturday finale and whether a B-Feature is needed to fill out the field.
National Championship Racing Association modifieds will run a complete show on Friday with the A-Feature paying $1,000-to-win and $200-to-start.
The Complete Well Testing Sooner Late Model Series will race a complete show on Saturday. It will be the final race of the season for the Sooner Series. The show will pay the standard $1,000-to-win purse but will not be a points show.
Hot laps are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday with racing to follow at 8. Saturday hot laps take place at 6:30 with racing at 7.
