Protests

 

If a part is deemed illegal Enid Speedway has the right to Confiscate the part to ensure its Legality.

​

All decisions by track promoter are final.

​

Protest Procedures

​

If you wish to file an official protest it must be presented in writing, along with the appropriate fee from the list shown below, and handed to promotor Mark Brill within 5 minutes after the feature checkered flag has waved in the class you are protesting. 

 

Tear down heads - $450

Tear down engine - $750

Check suspension per front - $250

Check suspension per rear - $250

Check drivetrain - $250

Check fuel - $800

Check electronics - $250

Check rearend for spool - $250

Check cam - $250
