By John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (October 8, 2025) - The final points race of the season takes place this Saturday at Enid Speedway and champions will be crowned in all classes.
Highlighting the night will be the season finale for the Hayden Ross Motorsports Foundation Sooner Late Models. Factory Stocks, Sports Mod / B-Mods and Hot Shots / Tuners will also be racing their final points race.
Other activities planned for the night include a Tommy Bohnstedt 50/50 ticket raffle and kid bike races at intermission.
You can help support Tommy Bohnstedt and his family in their fight against cancer with a purchase of a 50/50 raffle ticket. At intermission the winning ticket will be drawn. 50 percent of the proceeds will go to the holder of the winning ticket with the other half going to the Bohnstedt family to help with medical bills, treatments and essential needs.
Also at intermission Power Wheel races for kids ages 1-6 and bike races for kids 6 and up will be held with prizes for the winners. If you are interested in donating prizes for the kids contact Dustin Schoonover.
Gates open at 5 p.m. Saturday with racing getting underway at 7:30.
While points racing ends on Saturday a Benefit Race to Save Enid Speedway will be held on Saturday, October 18.
All classes will race at this event. Even classes that do not normally run at Enid Speedway are welcome to come race with us.
This is a benefit race to save Enid Speedway and will NOT pay any purse. All proceeds will go towards building a catch fence in front of the grandstands. This is being required by the insurance company before racing can continue in 2026.
