$50,000 up for grabs at Enid Speedway this weekend

By John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (June 30, 2025) - With over $50,000 on the line, drivers will be flocking to Enid Speedway this weekend for the Lavicky Memorial.


Hayden Ross Motorsports Foundation Sooner Late Models will be racing for a purse paying a whopping $10,000 to win and $1,000 just to start the Saturday night main event. In addition Sport Mods / B-Mods and Factory Stocks will be racing for $1,250 to win and $200 to start on Saturday, and Hot Shots / Tuners will be chasing $500 to win and $100 to start.


It all begins on Friday, July 4, with heat races and qualifying feature events plus a giant fireworks show. Top qualifiers (Number to be determined) from Friday’s qualifying features will lock in to Saturday’s finale.


Drivers not locked in will run B Features on Saturday in all classes to determine who transfers to their respective main event. Those transfers will start behind the lock ins from Friday. A giant fireworks show will also highlight Saturday’s program.


Pit gates will open at 4 each day, grandstands at 5 with racing starting at 8 on Friday and 7:30 Saturday.


Pit passes are $40 each day, grandstand admission is $20 adult, seniors and military $15, kids 12-15 $15, under 12 is FREE.
