Pure Stock Nationals format and rules

by John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (October 9, 2020) - The Enid Speedway season comes to a close on October 16-17 with the running of the Pure Stock Nationals.

Racing gets underway Friday, Oct. 16, with heat races and qualifying features for Pure Stocks. Saturday feature events will be run with the A-Feature winner picking up $3,000. The feature will pay $300 to start. 

​

Late Models will also run a complete program which is NOT a Sooner sanctioned race. 

​

Pure Stock Rules

Must have MSD rev limiter, 6500 RPM.

602 Crates, 6200 RPM.

Headers ok, 1" 5/8 only.

Aluminum bodies (must have 50 lbs. on the right front.

Any asphalt take-off 8" or 10", no mixing and must durometer 50 or more. 

IMCA Hobby Stock ok.
