Sooner Late Models return to Enid Saturday


A-Mods, Sport Mods, Ok Factory Stocks, Hot Shots are back for their second points race

John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (April 26, 2021) - Five different winners have emerged in five events that have been run on the Complete Well Testing Sooner Late Model Series this season.

The opportunity for someone to become the seasons sixth different winner happens this Saturday at Enid Speedway.

Three-time defending champion picked up his first victory of the season and undoubtedly would like to repeat when the Sooner Late Models visited Enid for the first time on April 3.

Hayden Ross of Muskogee leads the points chase over Hughes on the strength of four top five finishes, but has yet to win. Damian Patocka, Dustin Allen and Jacob Magee round out the top five.

Feature wins this season have gone to Allen, Joe Godsey, Hughes, Magee, and Josh Leonard.

Racing starts at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. A-Mods, Sport Mods, Ok Factory Stocks and Hot Shots will run their second points race of the season.


On opening night, April 3, Joe Adams won the seasons first Ok Factory feature. Kendal Kemp won his first ever Enid Speedway A-Modified main event, Brandon Kenny leads the Sport Mod points after his A-Feature victory, and Makayla Rauschenberg is the person to beat in the Hot Shot division.
