John Rittenoure - ENID, Okla. (December 12, 2022) - The 2023 Enid Speedway schedule has been released and 9 weekends of racing are on tap.
The season opens on March 18 with an afternoon show that starts at 1:30 p.m. Late Models, factory stocks, sport mods/B-mods and hot shots will see action.
Sprint cars return on April 1 with the AmeriFlex / Oil Capital Racing Series hitting the 3/8’s mile oval for the first time since 2019. Factory Stocks, Sport Mods/B-Mods and Hot Shots are also racing.
On May 6 the Complete Well Testing Sooner Late Models hold their first of seven shows as part of the annual Twister Nationals. Factory Stocks, Sport Mods/B-Mods and Hot Shots will be on the program.
The remaining 6 weekends feature Sooner Late Models plus Factory Stocks, Sport Mods/B-Mods and Hot Shots. July 14 is a Friday night show.
On October 14 the Winter Nationals closes out the season. October 13 is listed as a possible Winter Nationals date. But for now the Winter Nationals is a one-day show.
